A noteworthy satellite exhibition during the INTERNATIONAL PHOTO FESTIVAL OLTEN (IPFO) at Nomadic Art Space, just 100 steps from the House of Photography, features photography by acclaimed Swiss artists huber.huber (Zurich) and Sonja Maria Schobinger (Basel) under the title The Secret Life of Plants.
There is something monumental about the plant world. Its beauty inspires, but it is finite, ephemeral. huber.huber and Schobinger show amazing snapshots with their technically sophisticated photographs, where they point to the physical, but also to the emotional and spiritual relationship between man and the plant.
